I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice beds, though the couch wasn't as great. The service was top-notch, and they even accommodated our request to switch to a higher floor. The location was perfect for the events we were attending in the Kansas City area. The dining options, while lacking gluten-free choices, did include artisanal bread. Overall, a great value for money!
